AI voice agent technology for handling inbound calls and booking appointments. Customer relationship management (CRM) with contact tracking and interaction timelines. Appointment scheduling with online booking pages. Cold email campaign management. Automated Google Ads management (where applicable). Features vary by subscription plan.
Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid features require a subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
AI-Generated Content
The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate website content, email copy, and voice agent responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it goes live. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. You assume responsibility for any content published on your generated website.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading communications through the platform. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure. Use the AI voice agent in ways that violate telemarketing laws, do-not-call regulations, or call recording consent requirements. Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Robot Army HQ platform, including its software, design, and branding, is our intellectual property. Content generated for your business (website copy, email templates) is licensed to you for use in connection with your business. You retain ownership of your business data, logos, and materials you upload. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers for infrastructure including authentication, database, payment processing, voice processing, email delivery, and hosting. Your use of these integrations is subject to each provider's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through the billing portal or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
